With over 30 years in the electrical industry…why start another electric company?
We did so because we believe we can offer our clients the security of knowing that we hold honesty and integrity as our founding principles. We believe that if we quote our clients projects honestly, we complete the work with integrity, and use our creativity and ingenuity to lower the costs--- our business will grow. And it has.
Although we have grown significantly since we began, our firm still holds true to a “boutique philosophy”. All levels of our management speak directly with our clients. When someone calls our offices, they will speak directly to a human being on the phone without being forced through a never ending prompt system.
Perhaps a residential client needs to have work done in their home.
We know our electricians and have screened them individually. We stop by to ensure that the work is being done to their satisfaction. We aim to give our clients a sense of security in knowing that we will never refer to them by a project number. We know your name.
A commercial client has a large project and the responsibility of the work being done in a time sensitive and cost effective manor has fallen to the office managers shoulders.
Perhaps their background is not in construction. We take the time to talk through the entire process and answer their questions until they feel comfortable.
When we can, we will make suggestions to lower the overall cost of your project while achieving the same result. We take pride in our work and we stand by it. If a problem arises, we will work with our client until we find a solution.
At the end of the day, our clients’ satisfaction really does matter to us. That is our bottom line.
